CLASSES - SUNDAY CAFÉ - PRACTICA

What better way to relax than to come along to the Sunday Tango Cafe, for a bit of dancing, craic, chat and buns. This Sunday, we’re in the Snack Bar of the Students Union, from 3-6pm, just drop in anytime. Only £2!

Then on Monday we start with our teacher for the autumn – Monina Paz. For those who are relatively new to our group, we have used Monina many times before . She is a well established professional teacher, from Argentina, based in Dublin. Classes are still in SHAFTESBURY BOWLING CLUB, 20A Annadale Avenue, 7pm for Beginners/Improvers, 9pm for Improvers/Intermediates

On Thursday's we have our weekly practica in THE WESTfrom 8pm - 10. 30pm. A chance to practice what you have learned and plenty of helpful advice.

But don’t relax too much, the following weekend (Saturday 1st October) is our Milonga in Windsor.

Tango Café and Monday Class

The first Tango Café was a great success. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Plenty of dancing and fun for everyone. Thanks to Peter for the music and Paula for the lovely cakes. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon! Roll on the next one!!

From this Monday (5th) our classes will be moving from our temporary summer Students Union venue to a new venue for the autumn –Shaftsbury Bowling Club, 20A Annadale Avenue, BT7 3JH. There is car parking inside (please don’t park on the grass!). The bar will be open. The floor is great – just slightly smaller than City Church. Classes will be the same time and format, and we still have the fabulous Leonardo and Yasmin for a few more weeks.
