A great turnout for our Halloween Milonga. As you can see everyone really made the effort and got into the 'spirit' of things some more than
others. Dispite the getup, everyone still did their thing on the dance floor.
Milongas are held every month, usually on the third Saturday. If you haven't yet attended a Milonga, don't be put off because you have just started attending our weekly classes. A milonga is an opportunity to dance and that's why were are all learning Tango, in order to it socially. It doesn't matter what level you are at, it's about having fun. See you at the next Milonga!
The Belfast Argentine Tango Society (BATS) was formed in June 2007 as a "not for personal profit" organisation to promote Argentine Tango. Our main activities are to organise classes and workshops and to hold milongas. We aim to use authentic teachers from Argentina or teachers who have proven experience in teaching Argentine tango.
